For independent advisers
Mortgage adviser marketing in New Zealand.
Alfred helps independent mortgage advisers and brokers connect paid advertising with enquiry follow-up and booking. Google and Meta campaigns work alongside our own enquiry-handling system. We plan the test around the conversations you want and your firm's capacity. You keep the advice and client decisions.
You approve the campaign scope, follow-up and system access before we spend. Borrower-information preparation is optional. We test each chosen integration before using it.
Help people find the right service at your firm.
Someone buying a first home has different questions from someone approaching a refix. We build the Google Search plan around the services you offer and the places you serve, then match each ad to a useful destination.
- You review the search themes, ad groups, claims and supporting links before an ad runs. We use your approved copy and calls to action.
- A focused landing page explains the service and gives people a short enquiry or booking route. We agree the form fields, permission wording and first response with you.
- We review search terms and negative keywords to exclude unwanted searches. Jobs, adviser training and existing-lender account servicing may fall outside your campaign. You approve the exclusions; someone doing early research may still be a useful enquiry.
- See which ad groups bring enquiries that meet your fit criteria. We review duplicates and appointment outcomes alongside clicks and platform conversions.
Give people a reason to start a conversation.
Facebook and Instagram ads can introduce your firm before someone searches for an adviser. We start with a question they recognise and choose a next step that suits how ready they are to talk.
- Before production, we agree the angle, static or video format, copy, destination and review owner. You approve advice-related content and claims. We check audience options and advertiser eligibility against platform rules before launch.
- Offer an early researcher a guide or short adviser-approved explanation. Give someone ready to talk a direct enquiry or booking route. These are campaign assets, not an ongoing organic content programme.
- The landing page or platform form records what the person wants and which contact channels they permit. A guide download stays separate from a request for an adviser call.
- Test a specific message or destination within your approved budget. Review suitable enquiries and appointments alongside reach, clicks and forms. We consider retargeting only where permission and platform rules allow it.
Reach the places your advisers can serve.
A local practice needs a different plan from a firm taking enquiries nationwide. We check where you work, whether meetings are remote or in person, and who has room for new conversations.
- Local ads and landing pages describe the places you serve and any exclusions. Serving a location does not mean the firm has an office there.
- Before widening the area, check appointment availability, budget and who will respond. Review location alongside enquiry fit, including enquiries outside your service area.
- Location content needs useful local information. We do not invent offices or publish near-identical town pages for the same offer.
Know what you are spending and why.
Your firm funds the media budget. The agreement separates advertising spend from Alfred's fees, creative production and other supplier costs. A discovery call does not authorise a campaign.
- Set a media ceiling, review period, approval owner and capacity limit. Define the question the test should answer and when to continue, change or stop it.
- Agree what counts as a suitable enquiry, then test attribution, form delivery and booking before launch. Investigate broken destinations or missing records before further spend.
- Compare results using the same periods and definitions. If there are too few enquiries to draw a conclusion, we say so. Any budget increase needs your approval.
See which enquiries fit your firm.
You define the contact and service-fit criteria, the factual questions and when an adviser takes over. A suitable enquiry meets those criteria. It does not mean the borrower qualifies for a loan.
- The questions can cover the help requested, service area, timing and permission to make contact. You approve questions about circumstances, including whether the person has pre-approval.
- Alfred records what the person says. Unknown answers stay unknown. If you need to know whether another adviser is involved, we ask rather than assume.
- Duplicates, non-responses, withdrawals and enquiries outside scope stay visible. Readiness labels organise follow-up; they are not credit assessments, lender recommendations or eligibility decisions.
Give your adviser the context for the next conversation.
Alfred handles acknowledgement, permissioned follow-up and booking through the agreed process. Your team has a named response owner and a clear point where automation stops.
- We agree email or SMS wording, appointment rules and who takes over. Opt-outs, wrong-person replies, complaints and advice requests have explicit stop or escalation rules.
- The handoff shows the source, permission record, answers, open questions and next action. A proposed time stays separate from a confirmed booking.
- We map CRM and calendar fields, access and failure handling. We include a connector only when vendor access is available and that path has been tested. An accounting demonstration does not prove a mortgage integration works.
Bring borrower information together for your review.
This optional work can include a factual borrower summary, your approved checklist and reminders for missing items. The borrower supplies the evidence. Your firm reviews it.
- Agree secure collection and storage before requesting documents. Keep photo ID, bank statements and similar evidence out of general marketing forms and campaign email attachments.
- The handoff uses restricted links and limited status details. We agree who can open documents, how long to keep them and what happens if an upload fails.
- Receipt is not verification. Alfred does not create bank statements, certify evidence or promise a bank-approved application. Advice, evidence assessment and lending decisions stay with the responsible professionals.
See what happens after the click.
Follow the same group of enquiries through the agreed reporting period. Platform activity and outcomes confirmed by your firm stay separate, with missing information clearly marked.
- Review actual media spend, impressions and clicks beside enquiries, suitable enquiries, bookings and attendance. Each cost measure names what it counts: media cost per suitable enquiry is media spend divided by suitable enquiries. With none, it is unavailable rather than zero.
- Applications, settlements and withdrawals need your firm's outcome data and agreed attribution access. Unknown outcomes stay visible. Enquiries are not revenue; calculating profit also needs the relevant costs.
- Leave each review with a next action, an owner and a review date. This site's worked report uses fictional figures to explain the format. It is not a live settlement ledger or a forecast.
Questions before we start.
Do we need Google and Meta at the same time?
No. We choose the first channel around the enquiries you want, your budget and your capacity to respond. We agree what the test should answer before widening the campaign.
Do you manage organic content or sell leads?
No. We provide paid advertising with enquiry handling. Creative, guides and videos are agreed campaign assets. We do not provide ongoing organic content production, cold-email or standalone outbound lead generation, or sell lists of leads.
Can Alfred work with our existing CRM?
We map the information and access your systems need, then test the connection before including it. We do not ask you to replace a CRM just to run a marketing test.
Who pays for advertising?
Your firm funds the media budget. Our fees, creative production and other supplier costs are separate. Account access, payment, approvals, reporting and stop rules go in writing before spend.
Can you promise a cost per enquiry or number of clients?
No. Results depend on the audience, offer, budget, market and your firm's follow-through. We agree the test and definitions, then review the evidence. The sample report is not a prediction.
Are other paid channels included?
Google and Meta are the core paid channels. TikTok and other channels need New Zealand availability, advertiser eligibility and campaign-fit checks first. We do not sell an AI assistant's recommendation or citation as a paid placement.
